Cześć, stoję przed koniecznością postawienia dwóch instancji jakiegoś rodzaju rozwiązania continuous integration. Patrzę na Jenkinsa, widzę Javę, więc szukam dalej. ;) Generalnie potrzebujemy czegoś, co: - będzie odpalać taski zgodnie z zadanym harmonogramem (nie, cron nie wystarczy) - będzie mogło reagować na zdarzenia zewnętrzne (jakiś message passing, albo np. "o, zmienił się plik, odpalam taska"/"o, zostało coś pusznięte, odpalam taska") - mieć sensowne logi - zbierać dane o tym, czy dany task się powiódł, czy nie - mieć sensowny dashboard dający jednym rzutem oka pogląd na stan całej infrafiufiury - mieć możliwość wysłania powiadomień mailem Im prostsze, tym lepsze. According to the Russian newspaper Kommersant, the Russian Interior Ministry signed a series of contracts in 2013 and in 2014 with a company called “the Central Scientific Institute for Economics, IT and Management Systems” (CSI EIM) to study and to fight online anonymity. The newspaper reports that CSI EIM has now hired lawyers, in order to terminate its four government contracts. Information about the contracts between CSI EIM and the Interior Ministry is classified. According to an investigation conducted by Kommersant, however, one of the agreements, under the code name “TOR (Flot),” involved studying how to retrieve information about Tor users and investigating what technologies Tor uses. CSI EIM was supposed to earn 3.9 million rubles ($57,540) for the work. Tote, czyli zbuduj sobie robota kroczącego

Szanowny Generale HS, chciałbym napisać o pewnym projekcie, którym się od jakiegoś czasu zajmuję, być może zainteresuje on szanowne grono. Zacznę od motywacji. Roboty kroczące to dość nowa dziedzina, mająca za sobą zaledwie kilkadziesiąt lat dość nierównego i burzliwego rozwoju. Dotychczas ograniczona do laboratoriów, pomału staje się coraz bardziej dostępna dla amatorów. Co prawda wiele innowacji opartych jest na użyciu drogiego i specjalnie budowanego sprzętu, jednak jestem pewien, że także pozostało wiele do odkrycia w obszarze algorytmów i "sztuczek", które mogą bardzo uprościć działanie takiego robota. A w tym zakresie, jak wiadomo, można znacząco przyśpieszyć rozwój poprzez zwiększenie liczby eksperymentujących i eksperymentów. Na zasadzie bandy szympansów piszących Hamleta na maszynach do pisania, komuś się być może w końcu uda. A nawet jak się nie uda nic rewolucyjnego odkryć, to jest z tego przynajmniej zabawa i sporo osobistego doświadczenia. Ale do rzeczy. Mój projekt to taki właśnie robot kroczący dla hobbystów, zoptymalizowany pod dwoma względami. Z jednej strony jest tak tani i prosty w budowie, jak tylko mi się udało, a z drugiej jest wystarczająco złożony, żeby umożliwiać eksperymentowanie i rozbudowę. Tak zatem na przykład użyte zostały najtańsze serwomechanizmy, ale za to robot ma po trzy stopnie swobody na każdą nogę. Mój wkład to głównie projekt i instrukcja budowy robota, która jest dostępna pod adresem http://tote.rtfd.org, początkowy program, dostępny w repozytorium https://bitbucket.org/thesheep/tote, oraz seria opisów eksperymentów i sposobów rozbudowy robota, które umieszczam na https://hackaday.io/project/6050-tote-affordable-spider-robot Całość ma na celu ułatwienie hobbystom startu w dziedzinie robotów kroczących, stworzenie jakieś wspólnej platformy bazowej do eksperymentów, oraz popularyzację tej dziedziny robotyki. Sam jestem amatorem i do niedawna moja wiedza na ten temat była niemalże zerowa, jednak przez ostatnie dwa lata nauczyłem się sporo i nabrałem nieco doświadczenia, którym się próbuję tu podzielić. Oczywiście projekt jest na otwartej licencji i jak najbardziej zapraszam do współpracy i/lub forkowania. Bardzo ucieszyłby mnie widok większej liczby takich robotów. Koszt budowy robota, przy zamawianiu części z Chin, to mniej więcej 100zł. Zdaję sobie sprawę, że problemem może być wykonanie płytki drukowanej (zazwyczaj trzeba zamówić od razu 10 sztuk), dlatego mogę chętnym to budowy robota wysłać te płytki, których mam w nadmiarze. Zresztą tego robota można także zrobić wykorzystując płytkę prototypową, po prostu nie będzie wówczas tak dobrze wyglądał. W razie problemów lub pytań, oczywiście postaram się pomóc. Pełny opis poniżej. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project is looking for an intern with experience in software development and systems administration for a three month period in the autumn of 2015 or spring of 2016 with a possibility of a three month extension. Experience gained in the classroom and through personal application will be accepted. Over the period, you will work with OCCRP's technical team in Sarajevo, as well as OCCRP's staff elsewhere in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. You will experience the challenges of working in a difficult social and political environment, where we work to expose organized crime syndicates and corrupt politicians. You will work with our team to manage and build complicated software systems, fend off attacks on our networks, and assist journalists with data analysis. Applicants should have excellent analytical skills, and should have at least some familiarity with Linux, Python, major databases (both SQL and NoSQL), and some understanding of modern cryptography and security tools, but enthusiasm and ability and willingness to learn are more important than current technical skills. We are looking for students majoring in Computer Science, Mathematics, Network Engineering, or Engineering ideally, but other fields are not excluded. An understanding of Russian, Romanian, or Balkan languages is a plus. Tasks will include: - Software development (Python, Javascript, Bash, PHP, Java and more), - data management (scraping, mapping, database management), - system management (Docker, nginx, and various other systems), - documentation and testing new software applications, - various other technical work. Interns will be required to reside in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, for the duration of the internship. A basic stipend to cover housing and food costs will be provided during the period.
